Part cocktail bar, part whiskey library. A great rotating selection of cocktails, I tried the Milk Punch, as well as house variations on an Old Fashioned and Manhattan. All were pitch perfect and balanced. Great location, great ambiance, and a truly unique collection of vintage whiskey for anyone looking to sip on a bit of history. The price point was very fair (€13 for a cocktail) especially for Paris. Highly recommend.

Excellent selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, cool atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are at all into bourbon/whiskey. They offer cocktails as well. On the must see list!
This whisky bar is just amazing! If you love whisky or whisky cocktails, you need to visit this bar! Certainly top five whisky bars in Europe in terms of selection. The ground floor is dedicated to the shop. Once you go to the basement you enter whisky heaven. The first thing you see is the bar counter with an amazing wall of whiskies to choose from. You can sit there or at one of the tables in the adjacent room. I went on a Friday night and it was quite packed, but the bartenders are nice and will find a spot. As in every top-notch whisky bar, they bring the bottle for each whisky you order. Service is top class and bartenders are knowledgeable. Now, if you really are into whisky you can go into their tasting room where you'll literally find legendary bottles on each wall of the room. All of them are for you to taste if you wish... and if you can afford it! Overall I'd give 95/100 to this bar. A couple of small negative points are 1) prices are around 20-30% higher than other whisky bars, but hey... where are you going to find that selection of whiskies? 2) the menu was outdated and most of the whiskies I asked for had finished. The bartender said they were going to create a new menu in a few weeks, so if you go there and the menu is outdated just look up on the whisky wall and ask for THAT bottle to the bartender.
This was Bar no.3 on our evening of bar hopping in Paris. Being hospitality professionals we had a long list of food and bev to cover in a very short amount of time. This place was recommended to us by the previous bar - Experimental Cocktail Club - that we went to. The ground floor is La Maison du Whisky and below ground level is the Golden Promise. Drinks were amazing and the company of the bartenders even more so. He added more names to our list and helped navigate where to go next. If you jave more time to spare you should go for whisky tastings there.
this place is impressive to even a non whisky drinker such as myself, for its deco and extensive selection of bottles. the som is super knowledgeable and can help you pick the right whisky even if you are a novice.
A must go for any whiskey drinker. Their selection is exceptional, specifically for Scotch & Japanese whiskies, but there are plenty of bourbons as well (some hard to find ones), and a couple of high end Irish as well. The rooms are very comfortable and relaxing, the staff is great, the music is on point.
